Webb16 juni 2008 · our estate requires a roof pitch of 25 degrees or more (not uncommon at the moment) and when we went in to sign up there was an extra charge for raising it up, apparently it only comes at 20 degrees as standard. its not a massive charge but th money would definitely be better in my pocket than the builders.
