WebJun 11, 2024 · OK, I think I found the answer to my original question in the mod description of "Enchanting Adjustments". It's no bug. It's just the way the enchantment power is calculated. The elemental damage has a basic damage value of 10, however, the enchantment skill only affects this value by a factor of 1.25 at maximum skill level (100).
