The two remaining options are disabled automatically when Show Discover is turned off in the Settings of the browser. Note that this change does not affect the sidebar. Note: Unfortunately, the Discover button isn't yet separate from the sidebar, so you can't currently keep the sidebar but hide the button. Hopefully that will change.
